    Delicious food that blends culture. You can tell the food is made with heart. It’s also amazing to get hot New Mexican green chile in Denver.

    Love Adobo, you have to try the carnitas. Everything is great though, check them out.

    I'm so happy that Adobo had come to Sunnyside! The food truck outside is making lots of delicious dishes while they get the brick and mortar kitchen set up inside Monkey Barrel. Seriously tasty food and very reasonable prices.

    Freaking love these guys. Food is always on point! Good Filipino food is rare around Denver, so every time we come across these guys it’s a rad treat.

    Best food truck in Denver! I go out of my way to find them around Denver and suggest you do the same! I have had them cater a couple of events and Blaine couldn’t be more helpful and amazing during an event! If you haven’t had Adobo you are missing out!!!
