Always see this truck on my way to work and finally stopped by this morning...so glad i did. I was super hurngry and three tacos did the trick. Very delicious and the green sauce was amazing, also had the red sauce which had a very flavorful kick. Washed it all down with some orange fanta. Big shout out to the guy who took my order super friendly and great customer service. #tacosislife

Don't expect a menu - just say 2 burritos or 3 tacos or whatever- and you will be served open faced to top yourself- very good I promise- the available sauce is really good but spicy.... update : I just saw yesterday he moved to the SE corner of Evans & Federal a few blocks west - I'm going to stop there for a burrito before grocery shopping

I have to admit I was on my way to 'Taco River' but they were closed. So as I was heading west and I saw this tiny food truck/cart and stopped. I was shocked at how good it was. There's no menu that I could see just pictures on the food cart. So I ordered a barbacoa burrito. They warmed a tortilla and lathered it with a hearty portion of very tender and lightly seasoned barbacoa, and left it open faced. You then walk to a table where they have onions, cilantro, and (I believe) a type of cabbage. Then you role it up and dive in. Fresh, simple, and very delisious. I'll definitely be back.

If I understand correctly the food style is from the Chihuahua region of Mexico.

Barbacoa El Oso is a tiny Blue food cart on wheels that sits in the lot of 'Tint World' (at 2555 w. Evans) and is across the street from 'Iron Man Labor'. give them a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
