Very clean food with good portion size. The owner is super friendly and ready to answer any questions about the food. If you want vegan or vegetarian food, this is the right place for you.

Tasty dishes! Today, I had the chicken strips (4), mashed potatoes and gravy, and jalepeno corn. All were tasty! I ordered a bottled soda and the price was under $10 for the meal. Blackboard Eats is located near the Tivoli Student Union food court--just a bit off the beaten path. Short line, good food, friendly staff.

The food here is excellent and portions are good, but could be better only because I want to eat more! Minus 1 star because I wish there was 10-20% more food. The $5 meals mentioned by a previous reviewer are a thing of the past as the portions and the menu have changed. If you're looking for a unique and come cooked style meal on campus, this has to be the most flavorful food around. Highly recommended and the Gumbo is Incredible!
