Chipotle Mexican Grill

Awesome to visit the very first Chipotle! Even though they're frequently busy, I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I also found that using the Chipotle app makes pickup super convenient!

Seeing the first location is a must for a big Chipotle fan! It’s so cool to see what all started in this once former ice cream shop! I hear they used to give you souvenirs and let you tour but after the recent renovations they no longer do that :( I still would recommend going! I also wish the employees were more educated on Chipotle history. The one I was talking to was suprised when I mentioned it once was a ice cream store.

Where it all began! The legend of the fat burrito! Just cool to sit down and grub in such a historic spot. A small hole in the wall that delivered on my expectations.

I enjoyed my overall experience at the original Chipotle location in Denver, CO. I have been going to Chipotle for over 10 years and it was interesting to visit where it was founded. The taste and service was consistent with the other Chipotle locations I have frequented in my day, which shows the strength of organization's values around food and the people they hire. The place was smaller than I expected, but that did not take away from my overall great experience.
