    ‘‘Twas amazing! I used to work at a wine bar in crested butte that served fried Brussels served covered in an apple cider reduction. I lived off of these things! With out having a deep fryer at home, it’s impossible to recreate without going out to a restarting for them. Cirque’s fried Brussels in a maple glaze hit that spot for me!

    Harold is amazing! He's an amazing chef and very personable. The burger is delicious and the short rib is the most tender meat I've had!

    Brandon and his team did a great job with the food for our wedding. He put a ton of thought into our specialized menu that was on theme and so delicious. Our guests absolutely loved the food and he was great at making sure that all of our bases were covered with vegan, gluten free and sugar free options for our guests with food allergies and preferences. The quality of the food was beyond what we could have expected from a food truck and we really enjoyed having off the truck service at our wedding. Thank you so much!
