COMMISSARY

I would like to thank the amazing staff of the new Commissary. We recently had our company holiday party at this venue and they did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing. From the appetizers they brought around while we were bar’ing it up to the main course, oh man, the main course… unreal. I really have to give a shout to their bartender who might be the most knowledgeable bartender I have ever met. Everyone, from the chef to the cooks to the wait staff and the people working the floor; what a bunch of rock stars. I can honestly say these people know how to throw a party! We had an amazing time.

First time to this brewery in Iowa! Was very impressed - delicious beer, good atmosphere and friendly staff! Snagged some barrel aged releases they had that day and cannot wait to try them! Would be back it I lived closer to Iowa! Cheers!

They fly their tuna in fresh every day. So fresh and delicious. Mike was great, would definitely request him if you go.

The King Crab was fabulous! A combination of sweet, salty, savory and buttery salad with delicious King crab. I didn’t think it could get any better. And then I tried the grilled flatbread. It has mozzarella, goat cheese and fig and I feel like a hint of maple syrup. Sweet and savory. Absolutely delicious. But note, It has a little kick in case you don’t like spice. It was worth the wait to skip lunch and enjoy this early dinner and I now have an idea for a holiday salad. Space is cool, industrial with both a fancy and casual vibe. I’ll be back next time I’m in Denver.
