Quite possibly one of the top 5 breakfast choices ever, and I have thousands of stops under my belt. Service was awesome, food was even better, and with unlimited self serve coffee.... get the Franklin, it's the most popular item for a reason but lots of other good choices too. And drop the vegan gluten charade when you walk in. Just eat.

If you are in Denver and can only go to one place to eat, this would be my recommendation. You will not be disappointed. The setting is beautiful and the food is even better. This place does double as the Atomic Cowboy so don't be confused. It is Denver Biscuit Company in the Morning and Atomic Cowboy in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were *MASSIVE* and were well done. This was a last-minute stop on our visit to Denver and it's on the list of places to go when we come back. Great staff and a fun atmosphere.

The biscuits here are amazing. Period! Buttery and delicious. My daughter and I each ordered a buttermilk biscuit. I opted for the 3 jams, apple butter, strawberry rhubarb and raspberry. They were all yummy. She got the honey butter and really liked it. My friend ordered the strawberry shortcake and it's the best I've ever tasted. Service was awesome as well. We will be back for sure!

Really delicious. One of my favorite parts of my Colorado trip earlier this year food-wise. Nice environment, great local place to go as a visitor and share some food with friends. Having tried three dishes, it's fairly safe to say this place isn't a one-trick pony or a gimmick. They know what they're doing with their biscuits and all that goes with them.
