This is my favorite breakfast spot in Denver. The welcoming and personable staff, coupled with the cozy ambiance of this converted old home, makes for a wonderful dining experience. Most importantly, the breakfast/lunch items are consistently tasty and made with quality ingredients. I cannot speak to many items on the menu, because I have gotten the same Aspen omelette ever since my fiancé and I became weekend regulars. I love how you can swap English muffin/potatoes with fruit/veggies or a fresh baked scone or muffin. We love everything about Dozens and are here to support this family run business in these especially difficult times!
Cute place, super fast and friendly service. Food tasted good, but there is some room for improvement. Definitely would come back.
I love Dozens!!! It is truly an all time Denver staple with excellent food and an amazing staff. Your delicious meal comes out super fast and your locally roasted coffee never runs dry. I've been coming here for 20 yrs and it's still one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots. Several of our friends that visit from out of town have Dozens on their must go to list every time they visit. These dear people are great and really know what they are doing here!
The food is delicious and they give you huge portions. The prices are really good too. We had the eggs benedict, veggie style, which was delicious, and comes with potatoes and a puff pastry. So delicious. The orange juice was really fresh. Our server was super friendly, and all the employees here were actually really nice. I love the cozy atmosphere, and I will definitely be back!
Quaint breakfast place hidden in the heart of Denver. The omelette was perfectly cooked and the hollandaise was delicious and creamy. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned and cooked perfectly as well.???? The only thing that bothered me was there wasn't that much crab (almost none) and I couldn't swap shrimp for some extra crab since it was a prepared together already.
The Apple butter they give you for the English muffins was amazing and fresh. The morning Glory muffins were moist and delicious.
The most important part though.. the coffee was actually good. It didn't taste like a bitter French roast but was sweet, fruity and strong.
