Jimmy John's

This location has a lot of poor reviews on Yelp, however I've ordered from this store multiple times without issue. My orders have arrived correctly, on time. The only reason for my four star is that I typically order an unwhich like I did today, and it was made correctly however there are a ton of breadcrumbs on the lettuce wrap. I don't have gluten issues, but I can imagine someone who purposely orders a lettuce wrap because of that would not be very happy to have bread crumbs all over their unwhich. A minor annoyance for me, but possibly an opportunity to coach employees by management on quality control.

This Jimmy John's is the worst. I have ordered lunch for delivery 5 times. Everytime they messed up my order. The last order was October 25. They didn't even deliver my order. I called several times and they said they would refund my money. 12 days later and they just blew me off. Never again will I order from them. Don't like being told they will refund and not doing it. Bad service

I think people often overlook the service they receive from a company like Jimmy Johns and the reviews here show it.

In the 2 years I’ve been ordering from this location they’ve delivered the correct sandwich, in under 20 minutes, 99 times out of 100. It seems most of their reviews seems to reflect that 1 experience where they fell short. I felt my experience today deserved my first review for this location.

After ordering from a sandwich shop on grubhub, I waited nearly 1.5 hours for an $8 sandwich that was up-charged to $27 after grubhub fees and service charges. After the 1.5 hour wait, they cancelled the order.

When this Jimmy Johns location opened at 11:00am I ordered my $12 sandwich, paid $12 for my sandwich, and tipped my driver accordingly. My order was delivered at 11:08am and it’s service like this we often overlook.

Love this location and the staff, in my opinion they’re still out serving any delivery service available and consistently reliable. Thanks guys.
