The very best service and attention I have had in a long time. Wonderful room, amazing food, and truly 5-star in every way. From our experience with the hostess and doorman to the 4 different people who checked in with us and introduced themselves, the service is exemplary. Tori was perfect! She met each of us as we got to the table and both individually went to the restroom. She got us water and drinks immediately. She answered questions and gave good opinions. We met the General Manager when he was greeting guests and Jeremy the bar manager. I was deeply impressed by the calm and confident demeanor of all the staff. Not overwhelmed, not frantic from being short-staffed. Properly trained and supported employees are a joy to encounter! They make good food great and a mall restaurant a forever remembered memory. A place to use as the shining example when comparing.

It was yummy, but definitely pricey. Also, we were never asked if we needed our parking validated by the waitress, who was super sweet, but when we asked the host, she said that it wasn't her job, and had to go find the waitress to ensure we had ordered from the menu. This is rude, considering we spent $80+ in one sitting. When the ticket was finally "validated," it actually didn't work when exiting the parking lot.

Had the best day at the mall and topped it off with the PERFECT dining experience at Kona grill! The food was AMAZING! And the service was OVER THE TOP!! Thank you Chris and Tori for a GREAT dining experience! You 2 were the best! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Visited on a weeknight for happy hour. The weather was still nice when I went so I sat on the patio which looks out over the valet plaza at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. The decor is sleek and modern and there was an outdoor fireplace for warmth. Happy hour was a great deal and both food and drink were thoroughly enjoyed.
