Lo Stella Ristorante

Close to the public , of course, but they have a tremendous take out big portion and delicious as always!!!

There are no words for how special this darling restaurant is! We ran across Lo Stella while walking towards our AIRBNB after visiting the art museum for my birthday. We actually walked in because we were cold - so glad we did! There was a wait, but two spots opened up at the bar, so my husband and I decided to eat there. The bartender was just incredible. He made wonderful recommendations and even tracked down a candle and brought a slice of cake so that I could make a wish for my birthday. He sang Happy Birthday and was so genuine that it wasn’t the slightest bit cheesy. Every single detail was PERFECT. Thank you to our bartender and Lo Stella for one of the best birthday experiences I’ve ever had!

If you want authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to go. From the wine selection and delicious food, to the friendly and quick service, this place will always be my favorite Italian restaurant in Denver. Haven't had anything I didn't like here. Tell them I sent you; it won't mean anything and they certainly won't know who you are talking about but it'd probably be pretty funny.

Great service! Thought the food was very good- rather nostalgic, in a way. Not a snooty spot, very relaxed and intimate! It's easy to lose track of time sipping wine and basking in the pleasant atmosphere. I would say the portions were on the small side, but delicious. Thank you!

The food tastes very authentic! The place is cozy and warm! Everyone is very nice! They have an amazing wine list and very refined Italian dishes! All I can say is delicious!
