Vegetarian options are awesome, the hummus is probably the best I’ve ever had. Great service. I got the Harissa Cauliflower. So good!

Perhaps a little short staffed. Not very attentive and slow service. But understandable considering server shortages. But because of this our food suffered. It was Luke warm but had good flavor. Didn't say anything because we were trying to get to a show at the Oriental. My only suggestion is, serving something refreshing with the huge servings of shawarma, no onion or tomato makes the dish very rich with no contrast. Not a bad place but not sure I will be back

I was looking forward to our dining experience at Mazevo. It was recommended by a friend, and also the reviews were very good. I would love to give this a higher rating, as the food was outstanding! Absolutely delicious, unique, flavorful. However, I don't know if it was just an off night, or what the situation was, but the service was very subpar. I don't think it was our server in particular; it seemed like the whole place was a bit off (hostess, servers, timing of kitchen).

We were at our table for 30 minutes before we were approached by a server. It looked to be similar service for the tables around us. When the server arrived, she immediately asked for our food order; typically drink orders are taken first, to enjoy while our food order is being taken and prepared. We didn't even have menus yet, so the menus were provided and another 20 minutes went by before we ordered anything - drinks OR food. We finally ordered, received our beverages....and waited. Our starters arrived about 20 minutes later (so it's been 70 minutes between arriving and receiving any food). We enjoyed 2 bites of our starters when our entrees were served (literally minutes after being served our starters). We also noticed the table next to us had been waiting so long for their entrees that they had to take them to do.

Now, the food was incredible, so yummy! But it was really hard to enjoy due to the level of service. I would like to hope this was a one-time off night, as I would like to go back; however, I can't go back if this is considered the norm for this restaurant.

I hope the owner and manager get a chance to read this: the restaurant was bustling on a holiday evening. We were greeted by a kind Gentleman with a tattoo on his left arm. Josephine and the tattooed gentleman were our server and food runner, respectively. They we’re very attentive with our needs and did their best to provided exceptional service even though they were clearly short staffed. The food was delicious and came out fast. everything was full of flavor and fresh. Lots of vegan options and virgin drinks to your hearts content. Will definitely come back.

By far the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The falafels were fresh and seasoned on point. It came with some kind of green sauce that was to die for. The hummus was amazing and the salad was fresh and delightful. I just ate here a few days ago and I'm already craving it again. Highly recommend this place!
