I don't write a lot of reviews, because I don't think they're often worth it. This place deserves 5 stars! As one who usually get's a good, convenient meal, I have to say that this restaurant is fantastic and raised my standard. This is better than even my grandma's cooking. Everything is local fresh produce, the staff really know the menu, and it's kept simple. Can't recommend this establishment enough!
Good food, homemade pasta! nice atmosphere, unique setting in a redone house. Pretty good value. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Good location in Pearl street neighborhood.
Lovely food and exceptional service. Our party occupied a table for 3.5 hours, food and friends get carried away sometimes. It was brought to our attention that a party of four was waiting for our seats and the staff offered us a glass of wine on the house to move to the bar and allow the other patrons to sit down for their meal. The staff thanked us several times, introduced us to everyone in-house and we’re exceptionally gracious. Five stars for service and food! Highly recommend Consequences of Love cocktail and the gnocchi!
We came here on a Sunday night for a quick bite, great little restaurant, the food was delicious we ordered some appetizers the Gnocchi and the Bruxelles both very good and tasty, kudos to the chef Elliot Jones, my girlfriend had a glass of wine or two and I had Moretti beer, all well priced. We'll definitely comeback for dinner soon, we recommend it go and check it out, as a matter of fact my girlfriend is thinking to have her birthday party dinner here thats how much she loved it. Overall great experience!
Really good little northern Italian restaurant.
The menu is changed 5 times a year and they have some wonderful staples.
The wine list is great and has lots of options even for some of the pickier winos.
The service was good and very attentive.
I had the risotto which was a mushroom risotto and it was delicious.
I like that you can do two half orders of entrees so you can kind of mix and match.
I had Pat's vongole, and Raviolo. Pat's vongole is Manila clams in a white wine butter sauce (A very proper dish as he described it). I found it to be a little bland/ basic but tasty none the less. The Raviolo was very tasty but I felt like all of the pastas in our dishes were rolled out a little too thick so it was over powering.
The Bolognese was delicious, but yet again the pasta was a little thick.
We finished the meal with 3 scoops of their eclectic gelatos. I actually really enjoyed the extra virgin olive oil gelato and the cafe was delicious as well.
I will definitely be back but will probably try the shrimp. ????
The appetizers were phenomenal and the wine was delicious.
Overall 3.5-4⭐
