Pho Duy

Needed something different for dinner tonight. Everything was great except for the peanut sauce for my spring rolls it was more water than sauce. Great friendly staff

Pho Duy is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver! I have been coming here for years with friends and family at least once a month - it's a great spot owned by a kind family. They have fast service, piping hot bowls of pho, and even when they are busy, there is plenty of room to sit.

Pictured below is my favorite order - the #21 Vegetarian Spicy Pho. It comes with a variety of veggies and fried tofu. I highly recommend even if you aren't a vegetarian to try this delicious broth!

The best vegetarian pho EVER! So flavorful and delicious. I was talking to the server and he told me that they make their veggie stock homemade from vegetables instead of just from bouillon. That can be hard to find since the vegetable broth is usually less in demand. Highly highly highly recommend.

Good food, average service, and generous portions. If you want a no frills Vietnamese meal this is as good as any.

Very good broth. Very fresh meat. Went alone at lunch time. Perfect soup for early snow days. Friendly staff and good value.
