Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I had the best mushroom melt at Potbelly. Not wanting to always grab for a meat option, this veggie was on point. I was able to customize and make the sandwich my way. The staff was warm and friendly. I have also had amazing meat options from this shop, but the veggie hit the spot. I will be returning soon.

My server Vallen was exceptionally great. His customer service was immaculate and he was very friendly and helpful. Best service I've ever had at a Potbelly. Very impressed

We did a 31 box catering order today and and they were awesome. Food was good and everyone was happy. They are also priced very reasonable. It was delivered exactly on time by a great delivery driver. We had more people show up than we expected so since I was close I walked over and asked if they could make me two more boxes for the order which they did! You can tell the employees really care as they were friendly but also very deliberate in making sure they were working quickly to fulfill orders. Today it seams that people just don't have an urgency to take care of the customer...but it's obvious that from great hiring and a great manager that everyone is focused on great customer service. I am now a huge fan!

Pretty good potbelly's overall. Would recommend trying if you havent already.

Very convenient location for lunch for those in the DTC. Competitive prices for everything else around. The building is also brand new and they are well staffed so food is made quickly and efficiently and they keep the place very clean. Workers would even come around to check in on how you're doing which is a big plus for customer service. Good food too, I got the wreck sandwich with an oreo shake and overall I would say it was decent. I've been to other potbelly's before and didnt know they had soups and salads. My office catered some of those and we were impressed and hope that we can cater sandwiches in the future.

Huge lunch rush during the work week though, surprisingly the people there are able to keep up with everything with smiling faces, so I'm very impressed with the staff!
