The franchise that I will be writing about is in holland MI, both my husband and I have worked here and my experience was shot lived as I was there to help out while the owner was out of the country for a few months. kris was first sweet yet strict as to keep her business going and grow strong but when she came back to the state something changed, I left due to finding a job that I wanted. My husband became the gm of this store before she left and was bending over for this store doing what he could to help kris make the store run great, and then came the last few weeks. my husband became over worked and very unappreciated, now dont get me wrong every work place will have problems it is just given thing. but then when my husband went to the owner to tell her how was feeling about how over worked he was feeling, or asking just him for doctors notes as he was in the hospital due to a serious issue that he had been brushing off due to all the work he was putting into the store, she brushed it off as like it was nothing and then because he spoke his feelings to her, she went and did an annual review just for him pretty much saying that all the work he had been doing was nothing. so over all my husband loved this job and now has found something else. now minus the issues that my husband was dealing with there is more happening in that store that shouldn't be happening, like minors working over there legal limits that they are allowed while in school.
I've had the opportunity to work with RainTree for a while now and they are one of the sharpest and most effective franchise development teams I've ever met. What I really appreciate about the RainTree team is that they look at franchise sales as an award process. Not just anyone can buy in, they have to be the right fit for the right brand. I believe that is crucial to ensuring the success of a franchisee as well as helping brands bring the right people into the family. I would highly recommend RainTree to anyone looking to grow their franchise!
These guys are our go to franchise sales referral. The top reason (among many) is that they have never let one of our franchise clients down and find a way to get great leads for our franchisors! Highly recommend!
I have worked closely with Raintree for many years and have found them to be wonderful partners in the industry who conduct their business armed with knowledge and integrity. They are extremely attentive to their brands and work hard to be champions for them. They are a pleasure to work with!
I’ve been working with Rain Tree for a few years now, and I’ve been impressed with them every step of the way. The staff is attentive, great to work with and they really know their stuff! Because of their hard work and dedication, my brand is growing! I couldn't be happier!
Before graduating from college, I spent my summer working for RainTree. They impressed me and exceeded all expectations. I feel prepared to 'get into the real world' after the skills I learned and I understand what a highly functioning company should look like. My co-workers work hard to make sure all brands reach their full potential; it was a great experience to be a part of.
