“ZEPS has become a go-to sandwich spot for me over the last few years. I am especially a big fan of a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and have enjoyed its popularity growing throughout Denver recently. I tell friends that there are a lot of imitators now but few solid ones. ZEPS has one of the few solid ones. It's my go-to and I think ZEPS' version is one of the best sandwiches you can find in the city. Period. But ZEPS also goes above and beyond in all the sandwiches on the menu. They don't cut you short on variety and ingredients. Toss in tater tots and you realize why this place is a gem. It's not on the cheap side and the one downside that I have with places like this and others is value is something this city doesn't actually value anymore. Yet, this is one of the places I keep finding myself coming back to. And that speaks to the taste and quality. Highly recommend.”

“I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door during the “Bomb Cyclone” and this was literally the only restaurant open. They were slammed with people wanting to eat but the service was still excellent. My waiter kept coming to bring me more beer and recommended a bunch of delicious food for happy hour. It was an all around great experience. The food is good, lots of drinks to choose from, and the atmosphere is really cool.”

“It was my first visit to Henry's Tavern. The menu has a good variety of pub favorites and other great options. I enjoyed a Bacon Cheeseburger with Onion Straws. All of the food we had was great and above normal pub grub. They offer window seating, which open all of the way, providing a great experience. I recommend checking out this restaurant.”

“With so many restaurants around the 16th Street Mall, Subway almost appears invisible as it is a small branch of the Chain. You can tailor your sandwich made to perfection and taste. Go early and take advantage of the freshly baked breads. Avoid adding too many ingredients and try different sauces. This store staff today was pleasant, a bit robotic, but seems to follow their training program to serve, and serve fast. You never wait too long to have your sandwich and the price fits anyone's pockets.”

“We ate at Dulce Vida this past Saturday after visiting the Denver Art Museum. We had no idea what to expect and were super delighted to find the food was fantastic. The lamb and goat cheese sliders were AMAZING. Sometimes the flavor of lamb can overpower the rest of a dish, but the cheese and figs added to a perfect balance. The loaded nachos were really good as well. They had much more flavor than your typical bar nachos. The service was good, but nothing exceptional - which is the only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars.”

“Leven Deli exceeded my already high expectations. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. We were offered samples of anything and everything as we waited in line to order and the menu and specials were explained to us by an enthusiastic staff. My group all ordered a version of pastrami sandwich and it did not disappoint. I personally had the Reuben with a side of French curry potato salad (my mouth is watering writing this), and not only was it large enough to feed me for both lunch and dinner, but it was the best pastrami I’ve ever had anywhere. Coming from someone who lived in NYC, this is a big deal. If I lived in Denver, I’d be here everyday. But now I have the perfect excuse to make a day trip to Denver for 5-star food and drinks and the Denver Art Museum is less than a block away! Love love love.”
