Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I ordered Cafe Rio from Doordash today, the enchiladas were really good! The green chili sauce was quite unique to me as it was a bit sweet, but it was really good. The flavors meshed very well with the pork and chicken. I'll be ordering from them again, I think I'll try one of their giant burritos next time. :)

The best! Food is great, prices are reasonable and it's a Clean facility. Portions are huge! One of my local favs now.

Recently moved back to Colorado and am so happy to see a Cafe Rio in CR! Really enjoy this location. They are fast, clean, and delicious food.

I'm leaving this review only because of Oliver. His personality is amazing and he was really nice to me when I stopped in tonight during an intense blizzard. I was super stressed out from driving for about 4 hours. I had a terrible day and our interaction turned my day around. He seems to just sprinkle kindness everywhere. Thank you for being you Oliver. Hope you made it home to black Forest safely.

Good tasting food, but served in aluminum plates and cooked in aluminum foil? Really? Are they trying to save money? At our health expense. So much grilled cheese! You couldn't hear the questions the server was asking over the loud crazy music! Why does the video show only white guys picking veggies in the field? Since when do white guys pick veggies in the fields? Never did I even see a white guy in the produce fields living next to the heart of California's produce valleys for years. This place is a weird conundrum of sense experience.
