McDonald's

I like McDonald's even in this current age of fast food grumblers.
I am impressed with their new decor and in visiting several different stores, in different states, I have been impressed with the sincere friendliness of the people. The touch screen self ordering is interesting and a nice way to skip the line and place your own order while inside, however, id you want to speak with someone they were happy to help.

Angel was very helpful and polite. Made sure we were aware of current promotions and helped us get the perfect meal for us today. He attended the dining area very well and checked with myself and other guests to make sure we had the best experience. I don’t know who put him in charge but they made a great choice. McDonalds is back on the map as of the last year or so as a whole with customer service and this location is a shining example of what I expect when I give someone my hard earned money. Keep the pace!

The food was really good! They were super busy and we still were served quickly. Definitely would eat here again.

Love this location. You get wonderful service during the day and the food is always made so well. I was compelled to write this review when I dined in the other day during a massive lunch rush. All the seats were full, the drive through was packed, and still a line to order. The employees were working so hard to keep up and even so were so nice! They kept the lines moving, were polite to every customer I saw, and even came around the tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. On top of this, the food was still great! It would have been so easy for them to have been overwhelmed and let service slip, but they didn't. It was actually very interesting to watch. I specifically remember a man named Angel who seemed to really be going out of his way to help everyone in the back as well as customers.
Service later at night isn't wonderful but hey, it's late...no one wants to be at work that late. Regardless, the food still rocks.
I recently visited home and had some Micky D's and it was awful.... stale, meat, burnt buns, rude staff; Reminded me of how much I love this place.
