Domino's Pizza

Pizza is good; they always have deals. Customer service is not very good at all. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes after picking up my pizza to order two waters, even though there were 10 employees in the building not doing anything. They need to cross train employees.

I usually get pizza here for nonprofit meetings because it's good quality for a good price.
However, what really makes this place stand out was when I had a delivery. I'm in a sling and wrist brace (opposite arms) and the delivery driver helped make sure I could get inside my home with the delivery. They were super helpful and very kind. Thanks!

Domino's has always been my favorite pizza chain. The one in Castle Rock right off Wilcox is usually super busy on weekends, so I fully expected that coming in tonight. What I didn't expect, was everyone working the line to have such a positive vibe, as pizzas were being rolled out and cooked in the oven. As a cook, I can understand how flustered a crew can get and how frustrating it can be to be slammed on a Saturday. But these guys were laughing and bantering back and forth with smiles. Reminded me of the good old family restaurants that are still left in town. I thanked everyone there and they smiled and waved goodbye. I ordered two sandwiches and a 2 liter. When I got home about 20 minutes later, the food was still very hot and delicious. This place is amazing! From one pizza tosser to another, I was very impressed! Excellent job, Domino's!!! :)

We stopped by around 11:30pm on our way home from the airport. The guy working was super nice and super accommodating despite closing in 30 minutes. We were afraid no where would be open but were well taken care of by this dominos. Thank you to the awesome staff who helped us out! 10/10/19
