Firehouse Subs

I love Firehouse and have always had good experiences, but this time around was not great. I came and it was pretty empty minus one or two people eating/waiting for an order. As I placed my order, a group of teens walked in and it was obvious they were friends with some of the employees. I sat down to wait while they all ordered and talked to each other...and they got theirs before I did. Like pretty immediately. I sat for a while longer and finally got mine after a little over 10 minutes. Irritating. Hoping next time will be better.

I go here often as it's close to my day job. Staff is always friendly, and fast. They're never out of anything when I go there either. I signed up for the points and get double points on mondays.

Friendly staff, fast service but as always the best part is the meatball subs! This is my favorite chain sub shop. Definitely better than Subway or Jimmy John's.

Best firehouse sub location I've tried so far (I've been to around 5). Their service is quicker than most Firehouse subs and the food is fresh and hot.
