    We eat at Santiagos in Castle Rock about once per week, either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food and service are outstanding; the waitstaff is always so friendly! Our orders come out quickly and are always right, even when they are super busy. They have the best enchiladas and we love their spicy salsa. The rellenos and breakfast bowls are also amazing.

    Great flavors. Service is good. Noticed a couple cleanliness issues. So far the best tasting Mexican food I've found in Castle Rock but having a hard time giving more stars due to cleanliness issues.

    We ordered from here for take out. Right off the I-25 highway. The food was ok, flavors was appropriate and mild. Adequate food for the price. Will give it another try by eating at the place.

    I go here ALL THE TIME!! Very good food, you can customize almost anything which ever way you want. I’m there every Tues and Thurs for chorizo breakfast burritos. Not to mention a few times a week for Chicken and rice... it’s usually packed but well worth it.

    Awesome service! The food is wonderful but the salsa w/chips needs work. It was 99% tomato sauce with a tiny bit of chili powder, no onion and no jalapeno. Less chunky than other Santiago's locations. maybe that was due to the location of the restaurant.
