    Little sister to The Office , which is one of my castle rock faves, The Library will be in rotation. Went at lunch, was pretty empty. I think because the plaza it is jnnis under construction, and it's also not visible from the street. But, food and service was very good. Will be back for happy hour.

    This spot has a great feel. Creative decorating is cute. Bar wasn't loud, wait staff was perfect, and food was amazing.

    The food was very good and the service was great. I think it's a great place to meet friends and to watch a game. I'll definitely go back!

    Friendly atmosphere. Good drinks...well made. Food is very tasty.
    Only problem is the noise level is a bit high. Overall, very nice. Try it for yourself.

    The fish n chips is good, but I wouldn't call them battered as the menu lists. They were more cornmeal coated, but super tasty and light. I'd get them again.
