Great service, beer is not that bad either. Coming back to try a few different varieties. Held it to two glasses this trip. And going to try something else from the food fare. The green chile cheeseburger was good so let's see what else we can try.
I had some really great brews here. Their Bourbon Barrel Vlad the Imperial was especially impressive. The burger they served me was fantastic as well. I love the location and the whole building, plenty of ambience for a casual lunch or a special night out. I'm happy to see Castle Rock is getting some updated restaurants that aren't the same old chain restaurants that everyone else has. Why go to "The View House" when you can go somewhere unique with ultimately similar prices but way better food and far superior beer. Keep up the good work.
Visited on Saturday after Thanksgiving. The brewery was crowded but the service was great. Our group of 5 all had different entrees, and they were all delicious. Of note, the Philly cheese steak sandwich was the best I have ever tasted, including ones in Philadelphia. There was enough meat for at least two sandwiches, and very tasty. All the beers we tried were good, with my favorite being the Kolsch. The owner stopped by our table and chatted for a few minutes to ensure we were happy with our meal, which we were. Will definitely try this pub again.
Hosted a surprise birthday dinner on Friday evening. Wild Blue Yonder had no issues holding a reservation for 12 people, and ended up putting us in the carriage house, which was nice to have a separate space (shared with another party, but went over seamlessly). Our server was great, food and beer selections were awesome. Overall, great experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks Wild Blue Yonder!
First time yesterday taking my brother in law who is a brewery critic. He felt this was one One of the best breweries in town. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially the fun bier garden we found later after sitting out front. There is something for everyone. The inside and bar are amazing. Service for us was awesome and while we didn’t have anything special Other then a cheeseburger, it was great. The home made chips however were amazing. Will
Definitely be back!
