Byblos Express Greek & Lebanese

Ordered a Greek salad and gyro sandwich. Was surprised when asked what I'd like for my sides with the sandwich. Other places I had been it was the sandwich alone and sides ordered separately. When I arrived, I was greeted in an extremely friendly manner and with quick service. Arrived at home with my food and wow, it was absolutely amazing. Wife said it was the best hummus she's had. I will definitely be back and will most certainly recommend this place for fantastic food.

Best Meal I've had since I moved to Colorado. The meat was moist, the hummus was amazing, and the Pita bread was super fresh and so fluffy and soft. I will continue to give them my business and tell everyone around town about their amazing food. A++++++

Byblos Express Greek & Lebanese In Highlands Ranch is as good as it gets for authentic Greek & Lebanese dishes. The Gyro Sandwiches are literally the best I have ever tasted. All the sides are worth trying as each are uniquely different and all are amazing in taste. The owners of this establishment and their staff take great pride in their food and service to their customers.

I discovered this place on thanksgiving because it was the only place open and I now go there at least once a week. They are absolutely phenomenal. The service is fast, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is always tasty. Highly recommend

The best Greek food we have found in CO! Garlic dip is to die for! Always super fresh and great quality food. Meat is tender and juicy, never dry or over cooked. Pita bread is soft, all the sauces are tasty!
