Subway

I always have a very good experience here with amazing workers. My subs always look beautiful and delicious, and now is the only subway I go to! Every time I'm there Liam always knows what I would like and helps me make the perfect sub.

I've been to this Subway a couple times over the past week as it is the closest one to my house. The first time I went in it took about 10 minutes to get through the line even though there were only two people in front of me. This was not a big deal as I know sometimes customers can take a little longer.

The second time I went in I was the only one in the store. After I came in through the door, the only person behind the counter made eye contact with me and walked to the back, out of sight. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes after this with no interaction before I decided to leave. A little urgency would do this location a lot of good. Although I live close by, I think I'd rather drive the extra few minutes for some customer service.

So we got home and the food was not what we expected. Usually we have good service and food at this location. My wife got a bit sick from her sub and the soup left something wanting... However, when I called just to let them know the assistant manager Zach was so professional and concerned about our experience that it turned my opinion around entirely. Everyone makes mistakes at some point. Great service is not being perfect but how you handle the situation after a mistake is made. Well done sir, very well done!
