“My visit at this location was awesome. My wife and I stopped in to grab dinner and we were greeted right away. The women that took our order was amazing. Her name was Elise. Her customer service skills were so amazing I just had to ask her for her name. She was super friendly and out going. She also went above and beyond for us. Our food was made correctly and in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this location.”

However after having sushi here and witnessing another from my party eating the cook your own salmon on a hot stone, I am impressed and happy to have been proven wrong. The food tasted excellent with pleasantly surprising flavors. We receive more food that what we had expected. The service was pleasant, prompt and polite. Overall Edo Higan is setting a high bar for fine sushi and Japanese culinary experience.”
