Never messed up my order. It's my go-to on the way to work, and it's always fast. Food is always fresh, and I have never had any problems like I have with other fast food joints.

Oh the morning peeps are the best. I can get some of them to crack up. They know my son and I. Also there are two that work at night sometimes. I believe they are Mother and daughter. Karen and Sam, they are so sweet and friendly. I so love coming back to my morning crew. Was so happy when the one with Pink hair and thick accent came back. You have to come just for the friendly environment if not for the yummy breakfast and those to die for donut sticks.

It is an absolutely beautiful facility. Large, consistent theme in decoration and styling. Large, well appointed convention space. Rooms are beautiful. Accessible.
So if it's so lovely, why only 3 stars? Location, location, location. It is a logistical headache to reach to location. As oh 2019, parking is almost $30/day. Not on any bus lines. You can take a train or park at the park and ride at the station, and there is a shuttle every 30 minutes to the resort. But if you have luggage or are a female waiting alone at 6 in the morning or 11 at night, it's very uncomfortable. Shuttle stops running at midnight, I believe. So if you have a late flight or you go i.to Denver and return after midnight, you'll have to pay for a taxi. Moral of the story: just because it's near the airport doesn't mean it's convenient. Meeting planners need to include clear info for visitors on how to safely get to the hotel.
