    We had not tried Trappers Chop House in a couple of years so we gave it a try. What a great experience! The atmosphere was very relaxing, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous. We loved it and will definitely be back again. I have no complaints of any kind.

    Trappers has always been one of my favorite go tos for a wonderful dinner or to just hang out at their bar. The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. You won’t find a staff who genuinely cares more than this one! The restaurant manager Hailey has always treated us like family and the team she has built does the same. Her bartenders and servers love what they do and it shows!

    Beautiful atmosphere. The volcanic hot rock experience was fun for my kid to cook his own steak at the table, but I will pass on having to cook my own dinner at this restaurant moving forward. It just takes too long when not everyone at the table is doing it.

    This place is absolutely one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am exceedingly happy. They always keep their high level service and the highest level of food they provide. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Very recommended.

    Whoever these people are billing themselves as "local guides", I wouldn't listen to them. They evidently know little about Parker. Trappers happens to be located on the top floor of a hotel, but it is definitely not a "hotel restaurant" and ordering room service there would be silly. This is truly the only white linen restaurant in Parker and one of the best steakhouses in the Denver area.
