(May 17, 2021, 7:10 pm)Butch's Lobster Shack is incredible! From the food, the atmosphere, and the exceptional company - this place is a must-stop if you're in the Basalt/Aspen area. Where else are you going to get live lobster flown in from the East Coast!? Everything on the menu is fantastic. Go classic with a lobster roll or try the clams casino. Their patio was cool before outdoor dining was the new normal. Nestled in between two historic buildings in downtown Basalt, you'll be part of the community while enjoying a beer underneath the covered seating. 10/10 recommend.
