Hovey & Harrison

wow. yes. you know when you can just tell a place is run by women? This is that place. It's clean, it's fresh, it's beautiful, and you just feel at ease here. Yall, it's 2021 and stuff is expensive - not because it's overpriced but because it's wildly expensive to run a business, especially a beautifully and specifically curated one like Hovey & Harrison. Take some time to peruse the small market that's inside. Buy a fresh baked goodie. Get a bottle of wine to share at your table. Get the hummus and whatever seasonal salad they have. Sit outside and enjoy the patio and then explore Edwards :) Love it when I get to go to Hovey & Harrison.

This place is a gem. Every year, we visit the Vail area from San Francisco, & we always stop by H&H. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly & there are great indoor & outdoor dining options. H&H also has a masterfully curated selection of wines, liquors, mixers, pickled veggies, cheese, etc.

OK, so I have eaten egg sandwiches all around the world. It’s hard to make them better with so few ingredients. So what do they do here, they serve it with the most fantastic potatoes imaginable. Small fried squares of potato heaven. I will be back for sure. Maybe even move to Edward’s just for these guys!
