Sunrise Minturn

Good food. The owners are all about sustainability which is wonderful. Prices on upper end but totally worth it

My wife and I love this place and bring a lot of friends in. There's a lot of reasons that we think Sunrise Minturn offers the best breakfast in the Vail valley. Of course there is more than breakfast, with some delicious lunch items as well. The Holy Mountain Cristo and Reuben are amazing lunch options. For breakfast, I love the Lou's Scramble and the corned beef hash and of course the massive breakfast burrito.

Beyond that, they serve Color coffee, which is delicious local coffee out of Eagle. Booze and beers too with some cleverly designed cocktails.

If you're visiting Vail, Minturn or Avon, this is a great low key spot with all sorts of good things to eat and drink.

Looking for a place for lunch as we went through Minturn. This looked like a nice clean place so we stopped. Wow! What a great lunch we had! I had a sandwich called the Perfect Turn, a great turkey sandwich. My companions, being vegetarians, had the Minturn Hippie sandwich. They loved it! Can’t miss with this place.

Located in Minturn, away from the commercialized Vail Village, this is a nice little all-day breakfast/lunch place. Seating is somewhat limited. It wasn't busy when we were there.

The breakfast burrito with chile was delicious. Lou's scramble was good too. Would definitely visit again.
