(January 17, 2020, 2:09 am)We live in Southern California and being married to a Mexican wife, Mexican food is our thing. We were referred to Rocky Mountain Taco from a neighbor while we were in Beaver Creek and Vail for vacation. Not only is it authentic So Cal Mexican food, this place blew every high end expensive stuffy restaurant place we ate at all week out of the water. Dan the Man knows what he's doing and if you want to know what to order, get the ALAMBRE burrito, it will change your life.

(December 8, 2019, 2:59 pm)Found this gem while on vacation from Connecticut, tacos are phenomenal! If/when my wife and I visit Colorado again, I would drive out of my way to get these delicious tacos again.
I doubt you’ll find a better taco anywhere in Colorado.
