    Holy huge portions. Look, unless you're a chupacabra or your date is Humpty Dumpty, i highly recommend two people share a dish. Trust me. Or you're definitely probably gonna need a box. Friendly. Fresh. Yummmyum in the tummmtumm. ❤️

    If you want to eat somewhere that hits the spot- get in here! They are focused on quality, all the way around... service, staff and food. Pricing can’t be beat.

    Decided to take a short road trip to see the Paint Mines park near Calhan. Really glad we did. We had heard that Western Omelette recently opened there and stopped on the way to the park. My breakfast was superb! I mean, really SUPERB! Not sure I can get past ordering the enchilada breakfast with green and red chile. Keep up the good work.
