    Our experience at Ambli was amazing. They nailed everything - the service, the food, the drinks, the ambiance - it was perfect! We couldn't be more impressed with this new addition to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!

    Had dinner here last night with my husband and 4 other friends. We had SUCH an amazing time!! Our server, Doug, was incredibly fun and personable. He kept our glasses and bellies full. We all order the tasting menu and absolutely LOVED every single thing we put into our mouths. 100/10 will be back!!!

    Good happy hour. Friendly attentive staff. Had the rose sangria, blueberry ginger mojito, cranny Cosmo, and owner's margarita, all were excellent. For food the cauliflower tempura and beets & burrata appetizers did not disappoint! Fun, upscale, atmosphere.
