(November 26, 2019, 4:56 pm)Banh Mi Viet is a small, clean, unpretentious place with a select menu of excellent spring rolls (perhaps the best in Colorado Springs) as well as classic Vietnamese Sandwiches on fresh baked (they bake their bread on the premises) French style bread. The owner was cordial and rightfully proud of his offerings. We were not disappointed and will come back again. Our daughter has already placed Banh Mi Viet in her iPhone for a first visit. I am told that they are busy at lunch and this evening, they also had a reasonable take-out business.
