Captain D's

Food was better than expected. Nice and clean place with exceptional service provided. Really liked this place, will definitely be back.

New Captain D's I worked in Captain D's when I was young. The food was really good. The fish smelled like the oil was fresh. Old oil has a burnt smell. Everything here looked great and smelled fresh. Even I was impressed.

Ordered the chicken meal and fish and shrimp meal. Was asked about a drink, assuming it came with it so ordered a large. After getting order, only got 1 drink, asked about the other drink, was informed drinks don't come with the meal. Also asked for sauces, didn't notice that there wasn't any until we got home. The fish was smaller thin pieces, and the chicken was just tenders with a breaded coating. Guess we will stick to LJ's.

I came in during a ice storm. The restaurant was clean. The cashier was very friendly and busy cleaning as the food was made fresh to order. Very pleasant atmosphere! Communication at this location was excellent!

Tonight was my first time going into this Captain Ds and as I waited for my food due to being very busy I watched the staff and they did amazing. The supervisor and manager were ensuring everything ran smooth. They were calm and collective while ensuring everyone received the best customer service. One staff finished her shift and in the mist of everything the manager thanked her for a job well done. They offered drinks while you wait. So the wait was not stressing. Each meal coming from the kitchen was inspected and verified and during the bagging process it was opened and inspected with the customer. Great job to Trina (I believe this was her name) and team.
