Carlos' Bistro

This is a great place. The immediately excellent service strikes you from before the front door when the owner greets you into the restaurant. All the staff seems knowledgeable of every little detail. Lots of menu choices and for the most part very tasty. Save this place for special occasions though, prices run high.

We went to Carlos Bistro for our 1 year anniversary. ???? The service and food here was out of this world. Everything was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. I felt as if I was eating art because of the presentation. The owner Carlos greeted us outside and was very personal with everyone. They make you feel very welcome. Never spoken so highly of a restaurant before. Perfect 1 year anniversary dinner.

Do NOT skip this place! My goodness. Service was five stars from the second we drove in. Food choices and quality are out of this world. Will it cost a little more? Sure. But you definitely get what you pay for and you are getting the best of the best! Can't wait to go back!

What a pleasant experience. Our family took us out for our 50th Anniversary dinner. The place is beautiful. Our server was wonderful. She knew the menu perfectly including how everything was prepared. My grandson and I both had elk. It was a very large piece of meat that was perfectly prepared. The staff was alerted it was a special occasion and they made the evening really special for us.
The menu was very expansive. So many exotic items, it was really hard to decide what to have. You really have to try the calamari appetizer.
I highly recommend this fine restaurant...

Very happy with our dinner. We tried the early bird dinner and it was perfect for a couple looking to beat the rush. We will be back for the full menu. After being disappointed at many of the usual "nice" dinner spots in town this will now be a regular go to spot. Highly recommended! Service was fantastic and food was wonderful!
