    I had a HORRIBLE experience on January 26th. Called and told the manager there at the time what was wrong with my order. He had told me to give him my name and to come by so they could fix my order. I was happy with that. Came by a few days later and was told I had to call Monay through Friday, 8am - 4pm when the GM was in store because she was the only one who could do anything about it. So the next day I called at 3pm and she wasn't there. Luckily, Vera was and was awesome! Thank you for being THE ONLY ONE to help me. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made things right. I appreciate that she fixed the problem that she didn't create or had nothing to do with. I thank her for that.

    Food was better than I expected from a kinda sketchy looking Carl's Jr, front counter forgot to get my drink with my combo but easily fixed it.

    I love the green burrito part. Food was good. Staff didn't seem to be particularly interested in us.

    Had a odd smell in the restaurant, like an overflowing grease trap or something, food was good though

    Food was good. Tried Green Burrito menu for first time. A bit pricey but tasty. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.
