(January 8, 2020, 12:37 pm)The service at Coal Mine Dragon is good and some of the food is exceptional. I ordered the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, and an order of Egg Rolls. The Shrimp with Garlic Sauce and Egg Rolls were exceptional, I would highly recommend the. The Shrimp Egg Foo Young on the other hand left something to be desired. I had to wait a while for the dish to be delivered, then when I received it the egg was fried so hard I had to saw through it with my knife. Overall the other dishes were very good, but I would not recommend the Egg Foo Young, the flavor of the Egg Foo Young was not very good either.

(December 31, 2019, 10:03 am)We were apparently the first to arrive for dinner. Our service was excellent and efficient. The food also excellent. Since coming to Colorado Springs we have only had a local Chinese fast-food establishment. The Coal Mine Dragon was like finding a diamond scattered in a field of granite. When we are on that side of town, we will definitely return!
