Colorado's Rib & Chop House

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we passed a fine evening and the restaurant was clearly the reason for the outstanding celebration. The waiters contributed in a lovely way, the cuisine was appetizing and my guests were extremely joyful. We shall definitely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the hostess, waitress, and manager on duty were great. As for the food, in my opinion and my wife's, it was average. I had the steak and eggs and my wife the fish and chips. For the price, location, and popularity we expected better quality food. Again, this is our opinion and everyone should check it out for themselves and come to their own conclusions.

The service from front desk to table and all the way out was great. Our server was Madi and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. The ribs were also great! Very nice atmosphere for all ages! I would definitely go back! It is kinda pricey though, but I would say it’s worth it.

First time visiting. Ashley was our server and did a great job explaining the menu to us. I had the wedge salad, half rack of ribs and a loaded baked potato. Everything was very good, ribs were a little dry but still very good. We had a quiet little booth in the corner that made for a pleasant dinner. Service and food was very good. We will visit again sometime when back in the area.

We have been to the Chop House numerous times. Happy hour is one of the best priced in town. Last night I had the ribs and they were very good. Had to send the baked potato back because it was barely warm. Next one came out a little better but still not hot. One problem I see is putting two ice cubes on the potato (sour cream and butter were ice cold). You know there is an issue when the butter won't even melt. Still for 15.99 for ribs, potato, and salad, plus 3 dollar drafts during happy hour, we will be back. Next time I will order fries.
Service in the bar area was great. No problems getting our beers or food.
