    I am in no way a sushi expert but I do know this place is good. The sashimi was pretty dang fresh. The best i have had here in the springs. The eel was fabulous and not at all chewy. Definitely going to be a regular.

    Very pleased!! Service was excellent, food was GREAT, and affordable prices! The waitress was more that accommodating and made great recommendations. The sushi tasted fresh and flavorful~ we have found our new sushi spot!

    My favorite place for all you can eat Sushi!! (Not cheap like buffet ????, but Well worth the price!) Delicious ???? Good quality, always fresh and the staff is always amazing.... Have been there almost weekly since they opened and I can honestly say that they have Some of the best Servers and staff I've ever had the privilege to experience! And this is coming from a family of Servers! Hands down my favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs! ????

    ‼️I'm adding something to my original review after reading two reviews that just didn't Jive with me! ???????? Someone mentioned waiting an hour and a half for their first order on all you can eat and another that the food was mediocre???? ????
    I have never once experienced a unusually long wait time even on a busy Saturday night and again...the sushi is quite fresh and always delicious!!!
    WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

    Very friendly staff and a nice quiet atmosphere. Their food is great and their prices are standard for sushi places. If you really like sushi just do the all you can eat option, it comes with good extras and you will get the most bang for your buck.

    When Kanpai first opened they struggled with service initially but their food was amazing! This is now my third time visiting since they opened and they have maintained quality along with improved their service by a landslide. This is officially my go to sushi restaurant.

    For those who like a nice kick with their food I recommend the Colorado. Great flavor with heat. Amazing roll!
