Hotel Eleganté Conference & Event Center

We love this hotel! This is our 3rd time staying here and the only place I feel comfortable at.
Rooms are amazing, customer service is amazing and so are restaurants.
I cannot say anything I don't like here.
Also, food was great and the dog park was great.

Great place to stay with everything you need under one roof. We had 2 rooms, 239 and 247 that were very clean with comfortable beds, and indoor pool views. The balcony doors opened to a carpeted walkway that wrapped a side of the pool area. Spacious rooms with a fridge, microwave and keurig. A hot breakfast and dinner were part of the package we bought, well worth the price for our large family. We chose to dine in but you have the option to go. We actually saved money this way. The food was very good. Social distancing was observed. Waiters were cordial. Loved the pancakes! Front desk staff were very informative and helpful. The only problem I had was the person at the coffee shop who was not very friendly. She seemed irritated with our large group even though there were no other customers. Otherwise I still give the hotel 5 stars. Would come back.

Very nice hotel. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and upbeat and seemed to enjoy their job. They also had a deal going on where your breakfast and dinner were included in the price of the room. Food at the restaurants was very good. I also really liked their indoor swimming pool, it had really relaxing decorations and water felt great. Would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is nice. There's parts lacking, but overall clean and comfortable.

The room lights are a bit of a pain to turn on and off as you have to use the lamps. There's no great place to charge phones or anything. We ended up unplugging the TV before going to sleep to charge phones. In a day and age of tech, most hotels have USB or plugs built into lamps and night stands.

The best way that we could describe it is that this hotel is nice, but you can tell that it used to be very nice when it was built. Just needs to be updated.
