Great cinnamon bread, nice people. The woman doing gift wrapping and baskets was exceptional. Surrounded by holiday chaos, she handled our last minute special request in stride. Nice no problem can do approach. Thanks.

Hats off to the management and crew of this location! I am an event planner for a veteran nonprofit and I had initially used the south location for 85 box lunches that I had ordered on line for an event. The day of the event the South location called me and said they could not for fill the order because their chef did not come in. I asked them to call the North location and then the employee at the South location call me back and said it could not happen. So with over 85 people I had to feed by 11:30 am was looking like I was gonna fail. Michelle Spilman, who is the general manager at this North location called me and said she is dropping everything that she is doing and making these 85 box lunches. She said she would not let me fail. I couldn’t believe this since I know her location was completely swamped, she didn’t want me to not have a bad experience. Michelle and her crew worked tirelessly to ensure that my order was for filled. They even delivered it to my event and every single order was correct. A huge thank you to Michelle and her crew, thank you so much as you just gained a customer to that location. I hope the management down at the South location learns a lesson in customer service!! I called corporate and insured Michelle got a pat on the back for making this happen and insured that corporate knew the huge failure on the South location!

Prices are a bit high, but the taste is excellent. I was able to sit down with my girlfriend for about an hour and was only bothered by staff once. The bathrooms were not super clean, but definitely usable. We got giant cinnamon rolls and I can highly recommend them! Parking can get a little tough as well but that's normally not a problem.

The food was good as always but service was extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of the large crowd or lack of manpower.

My wife and I stopped at Kneaders on
Northgate today for lunch. Excellent fresh baked bread, excellent sandwich, excellent staff and there was enough staff to run the shop with great customer care. Their dessert samples were fantastic. The shop is nice and bright and clean and modern. We will come back for breakfast and lunch and dinner rather than driving all the way down to Briargate to the competitor.
