McDonald's

By far they have the best kids meals that my nephew enjoys. 6 PC. Chicken nuggets, apple wedges ,toy & drink= one happy kid

It's a McDonald's, so I'm not rating the food, only how it compares to other McDonald's.

The food is prepped ok. Fries tasted days old (I know it wasnt, but cold soggy and greasy without enough salt.)

The staff here goes above and beyond in Customer Service. Larry in particular made sure we have everything we needed. We got service more like a sit down restaurant than fast food!

The restaurant was very clean and the people were very nice. The manager came out and made sure our meal was made on time and that we were satisfied with our meal. I will definitely take my family back again!

Please, do keep in mind that the GM dealing with a cruel full of younger folks on a very steady Saturday night. I'm sure that he was trying to keep labor down and get those scheduled off. He kept his crew working in Accord to get orders out. I have no idea if they were coming out on time or not. When I walked in the dining room, drink station was, in the words of one employee, atrocious. That alone would not get a bad review from me, as I know the business and understand sometimes cleaning just ain't getting done. My spicy chicken sandwich, however, knowing it was made to order was just plain BAD! Over cooked and almost cold and the buns was cold. I didn't complain or have it redone for the same reason this was 3 rating instead of 2 or 1. The manager and his staff were pleasant, smiling, and helpful. By the time I left the dining, drink , and condiments stations were cleaned and stocked. Hopefully they got the play area, as it needed cleaning badly, as well. And the window ledges and the back of the seats need cleaning detail.
