This was our first visit here. They close fairly early (9pm), even though they have an external entrance. The restaurant was clean & there weren't a lot of customers when we arrived. The wait staff were very friendly & attentative. We placed our order & there was a noticeable wait time to receive our appetizer. It was good, but didn't last long. There was another noticeable wait for our entrees. Our waitress brought my husband's entree first, due to it being not what he ordered. He ordered shrimp fried rice, but received combination, which wasn't that big of a deal for him. She then brought my entree, before heading off to another table. My entree was really wrong. I ordered the Honey Lemongrass Chicken with Vermicelli. I received the Spicy Chicken with Vermicelli. I cannot handle a lot of spice & had to trade entrees with my husband. The wait staff were wonderful & apologized. They also let us know they had been having problems with the cook all afternoon. The food was good, but not what we ordered. The cook staff REALLY need to pay attention to what is ordered on the ticket. The wait staff & restaurant deserve 5 stars, but the kitchen deserves 2 stars!!
Nice atmosphere with good food but the service isnt that great. Servers are slow and you have to ask for a refill, napkin . etc. Also, some of the menus items are overpriced for what you get. A little disappointed with my meal and money spent.
This was an entirely different atmosphere then the Citadel Mall. My server was vary nice. I had the Crab Cheese Wontons and they came out in less than 5Min and was vary filling. Then the Fried Rice Combo was so huge it feed me and my wife. All of this was hot and ready.
On a busy holiday shopping day, this place has the kitchen backed up, our waitress was upfront and let us know there would be an hour wait for food. Told her that was fine and sent my boyfriend to go shop for his list and I'd wait. Maybe 40 or so minutes and the food was out, wow talk about hefty servings, my seafood pho can feed about four people and the smaller bowl can definitely feed two.
First time trying Pho. It was great. I love how you can blend it a little more to your taste. I am so glad I got the chance to eat here. I would highly recommend.b
