This is a new establishment with lots of potential. I look forward to what this establishment will be. I can see the vision that they are going for and the vision is bright. If you are looking for a southern home kitchen meal, this is the right place. Also, they are very attentive. If you are vegetarian like me and my family, be ready to mix and match your meal as the menu caters to those with a carnivorous diet. I know that their greens has meat in it, but I'm not sure about the baked beans. I hope not. My plan to is try the potato salad with the baked beans next.

We are so happy that this is another space for the community!! The staff is very nice and professional..the food is great!! Would always recommend this place!

Urban Central Marketplace is an exploding cultural icon developing in Colorado Springs where it is difficult to find a culture at this level. This event space, restaurant, and soon to be bar is also a business incubator that is lifting the future orientation, service ability, and access for businesses and market they serve - in an environment for all.

So, give some grace as they finish their build out, but by their Grand opening on April 16th, 2022... Watch out!! From networking, to entrepreneur workouts, to Art walks and artists shows, to outdoor markets, to date nights and paint and sips... You will always find an experience in this place!

Had the Bulgogi tonight. Every last bite was amazing. The plating was gorgeous too. Clearly the chef knows his way around a kitchen. Amazing restaurant, amazing workers, and completely owned by people of color. Tell everyone you know about this business and go eat there yourself.

I got the Catfish baked Macaroni and Cheese, and collard greens. It was so good. Very good food.
