Prime25

We had our voluntary Board's appreciation celebration at the restaurant for about 25 people. The food was excellent and the service was great. Only two waiters, but glasses stayed full and appetizers, salads and food were served timely. All of our guests really enjoyed themselves and remarked on the excellent food and service we received. Even though the price was comparative to other restaurants we have held events at, we never received compliments from our guests about those restaurants like we did for Prime25. We will definitely be back for another event sometime soon! My thanks to the wait staff and cooks!

F for putting their profit over customer satisfaction! I have heard a lot of great reviews about this restaurant so we thought we would try it for New Years Eve. When our party of 4 was seated we were told immediately we can only stay 2 hours because they need to turn the table over due to the busy evening. Bad impression right off the bat!! Then after we ordered our drinks the waitress told us we could not keep the cocktail menu because it needed to go to other tables. What?? Our party of 4 spent over $360 and it felt almost like fast food, in and out! While our waitress and service was really good, she actually told us we only had 15 minutes left to eat!! I understand it is not her policy. We won’t be back. With that said, the food was great, ambiance was comfortable but their holiday policies are not customer friendly for such a high end restaurant.

This is a real find in Colorado Springs. The food was excellently prepared and the service was outstanding. Our server, Jerry, took the time to go over the various menu items and was both attentive and friendly. The nice decor and atmosphere added to an already outstanding dining experience. We will certainly be back.

A group of four of us went in for my buddy’s 40th birthday. It was our first time at Prime 25 - and we weren’t disappointed. We knew going into it that we were going to spend a pretty penny, which we did - but it was for a worthwhile reason to celebrate. I was not sure what to make of the security guard in the parking lot but he was extremely courteous and polite. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, which I always appreciate! The waitress was prompt, attentive, helpful and extremely professional. We all ordered drinks, which arrived fresh and properly made. The food was simply amazing - fresh, high quality, and expertly prepared. Not a single one of us were disappointed. Yes, it’s gluttonous, but I can assure you that will not be disappointed in the slightest with the porterhouse! The Prime Manhattan was amazing as well - I was pretty buzzed after two (and I can hold my booze!). I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here as my funds allow for it. Fantastic experience and we left very pleased with everything. Thank you Prime 25!
