Restaurant 1858

Absolutely great meal and service. We had people in our group who were vegan and the staff were very accommodating. The chef even came out to check and make sure everyone was taken care of. Food was top notch. Plus the view of the falls was amazing, as well.

First time going and it was spectacular. I will be back again. Our waitress (Paige) was great. Definitely a restaurant to do in the Springs.

Beautiful restaurant located at the base of 7falls. It gets a bit pricey having to purchase tickets into the falls but it is well worth it! We had a reservation for 5 so we got there around 330 which gave us plenty of time to explore the park before dinner

We've lived close by since July, but have never been to Seven Falls. Our out of town Thanksgiving week plans got cancelled due to a series of unfortunate events, but we decided to make the best out of our "staycation" so came to the lights at Seven Falls on opening night. My husband, mother, and 3 and 1 yo came a little early to enjoy Santa, and a little hiking. We hadn't planned on eating at Restaurant 1858, but thought we'd give it a try. The hostess was very accommodating despite not having a reservation. I am so pleased that we have it a chance! Zach was our server. He was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. They have a kids menu and my 3yo was treated just as well as the adults. The food was excellent. Bacon wrapped shrimp, green chili, nachos, trout, and the burrito bowl. Everything was done to perfection. We also enjoyed a few different cocktails, all expertly made. Thank you Zach, and Restaurant 1858, for turning our day around and making 3 generations happy!

This is a 5 star restaurant set at the base of Seven Falls. A perfect Colorado backdrop! Amazing food, top notch service, and beautiful scenery. The outdoor viewing area, complete with comfy rocking chairs, adds a special touch. I could have spent all night being rocked to sleep with sound of the waterfall as a soundtrack.
