The friendliest restaurant in all of Colorado Springs. The chef/owners cook up fresh delicious food without fail. They are exceptionally helpful with dietary restrictions and generous with their hospitality and warmth. Food highlights are the noodle dishes, the saag, and the momos. Although everything is so good. Great draft beer and wine selection.

Sherpa is the latest in a string of very good restaurants in this location. Our server was great answering all our questions and making sure our experience was the best it could be. The entree portions were just right and everyone liked their dinner choice. The spice level tends to be on the conservative side. Seating is somewhat limited so large parties will want to call ahead.

A truly wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere and staff are always incredible and kind. There are loads of options for vegans, and the staff and owners are very understanding to those dietary preferences. The food is absolutely outstanding, and I can tell it's always fresh and clean. I wish I could eat here every day!

As someone with many dietary restrictions, the chefs have continued to show their kindness and patience with their accessible menu. We randomly chose this restaurant for dinner for our only night in Colorado Springs. We were welcomed kindly and settled into our patio table for dinner. Our waiter was the sweetest gentleman from Tibet. He was in CS to visit and help his cousin at the restaurant. He happily offered suggestions for which meals to choose and served us our food with pride. Everything we ate was fantastic!
